摘要:

促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素（CRH）及其受体1（CRHR1）与抑郁、焦虑、自杀、双相障碍等情感障碍类精神疾病的发病关系密切。现从基因角度就各类情感障碍疾病与CRHR1的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:

Corticosteroid hormone releasing hormone（ CRH） and CRH receptor 1（ CRHR1） are closely related to the pathogenesis of affective disorder， such as depression， anxiety， suicide， bipolar disorder， and other psychiatric disorders. This study takes an overview of researches on all kinds of affective disorder and CRHR1 from the perspective of genes.
