Schizophrenia patients have extensive cognitive impairment， which is one of the core symptoms of schizophrenia. Cognitive remediation therapy improves the cognitive ability of schizophrenia by performing a large number of exercises in the cognitive field. This article reviews the effects of cognitive remediation treatment on cognitive function， social function， and psychiatric symptoms in schizophrenia， and changes in brain imaging after cognitive remediation therapy.
