Psychological crisis intervention is essential for survivors or witnesses after disasters. This paper introduced the object and clinical symptoms of psychological crisis. Then， it provided an overview of practices in coordinating human resources， applying psychological crisis skills， and caring of response workers. Next， it summarized the ethical issues in crisis interventions. Finally， it discussed the challenges in developing evidenced-based national psychological crisis intervention guideline.
