Alzheimer disease（AD） is a degenerative neuropsychiatric disease. At present， the etiology is still unknown， and there is a lack of effective treatment. In recent years， some literatures have reported that deep brain stimulation can improve cognitive function of AD patients. Therefore， a summary of the related progress is made.
