    摘要:

    抑郁症是最常见的精神障碍之一,病理生理学机制复杂。近年来,抑郁症的氧化应激假 说备受关注,8- 羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)作为氧化应激造成 DNA 损害的生物学标志物,已有研究发现抑 郁症患者体内8-OHdG 水平升高。现就 8-OHdG 与抑郁症的相关性研究进行综述,为抑郁症的发病机制 研究提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Depression is one of the most common mental disorders with complex pathophysiological mechanism. In recent years, the oxidative stress hypothesis of depression has attracted much attention. Many studies have found that patients with depression have increased levels of 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG), which is considered as a biological marker of DNA damage caused by oxidative stress. This paper reviews the research on the correlation between 8-OHdG and depression, and provides references for the research on the pathogenesis of depression.
