摘要:

抑郁症是一种较常见的精神疾病，其病因及发病机制目前仍不明确。目前越来越多的证据表明，抑郁症不仅与神经递质有关，与免疫系统也存在一定的联系，特别是免疫反应形成的细胞因子。现就细胞因子与抑郁症的相关性及细胞因子引起抑郁症的机制进行综述。

Abstract:

Depression is a common mental disorder， and its etiology and pathogenesis are still unknown.Now there is growing evidence that depression is not only related to neurotransmitters， but also to the immune system， especially cytokines that are formed by the immune response.This article reviews the correlation between cytokines and depression and the mechanism of cytokines causing depression
