摘要:

酒精使用可导致多种躯体疾病和精神障碍。乙醛脱氢酶 2（ALDH2）与酒精相关疾病的高患病率有关。现探讨 ALDH2 基因多态性与酒精所致躯体疾病及精神障碍的研究进展。

Abstract:

Alcohol use can cause a variety of physical diseases and mental disorders. Acetaldehyde dehydrogenase 2 （ALDH2） is associated with a high prevalence of alcohol-related diseases. This review explores the research progress of ALDH2 gene polymorphism and alcohol-induced physical diseases and mental disorders
