Suicide is a serious social and public health problem in the world. There are many obstacle factors for the emergency patients with suicide attempted to receive mental health services. This paper analyzes the existing obstacle factors from hospital and social aspects， and puts forward corresponding strategies， aiming to provide reference for improving the accessibility of mental health services， and to prevent and reduce patients' suicide.
