摘要:

认知功能障碍严重影响精神分裂症患者的社会功能和生活质量，这一核心症状稳定、持久地存在于精神分裂症的不同病程中。研究认知功能障碍的特征有助于疾病机制的探索，加深对疾病发展进程的理解并提供有针对性的干预策略。现就精神分裂症认知功能障碍的特征及机制展开综述。

Abstract:

Cognitive deficits severely affects the social functioning and quality of life of schizophrenia patients， and this core symptom is stable and persistent in different stages of schizophrenia. The study of the characteristics of cognitive dysfunction is helpful in exploring disease mechanisms， deepening the understanding of disease progression and providing targeted intervention strategies. This article provides an overview of the characteristics and mechanisms of cognitive dysfunction in schizophrenia.
