"Unit personnel" and "intra-industry social personnel" are two groups that cannot be ignored in the standardized training of resident doctors. Based on the teaching practice of neurology resident training base in Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University， this paper discusses how to carry out targeted teaching and training for the above two groups of people from the aspects of clinical basic skills training， multi-mode teaching， performance appraisal， and the establishment of tutorial system.
