摘要:

抗精神病药之间的剂量转化对于精神科临床实践及药物相关研究有着重要意义，探索抗精神病药的等效剂量关系是科学地进行药物替换和分析药物有效性、安全性和耐受性的前提。抗精神病药等效剂量关系的研究方法无统一共识，现就目前的几类研究方法及最新进展进行综述。

Abstract:

Dose equivalents for antipsychotic drugs is of great significance for psychiatric clinical practice and medication research. Exploring the equivalent dose of antipsychotic drugs is a prerequisite for drug replacement and analysis of drug safety and tolerability. There is no consensus on dose equivalents for antipsychotic drugs. This article reviews the current research and the latest developments.
