    摘要:

    帕金森病患者在疾病中晚期常合并认知障碍,严重影响其社会功能和生活质量。根据运 动症状的差异可将帕金森病患者进行运动分型,不同运动亚型患者的认知障碍的发生率以及认知受损 亚型存在一定差异,其中神经递质网络失调起到关键作用。文章回顾近年来对帕金森病运动亚型和认 知功能的神经递质网络研究,对帕金森病运动亚型分型、不同运动亚型与认知障碍相关性以及神经递 质学说方面进行综述。

    Abstract:

    Parkinson disease patients often have cognitive impairment in the middle and late stage of the disease, which seriously affects their social function and quality of life. According to the differences in motor symptoms, Parkinson disease patients can be divided into motor types. There are differences in the incidence of cognitive impairment and cognitive impairment in different motor subtypes, among which the neurotransmitter network disorder plays a key role. This paper reviews the research of neurotransmitter network on motor subtypes and cognitive function in Parkinson disease in recent years, and reviews the classification of motor subtypes in Parkinson disease, the correlation between different motor subtypes and cognitive impairment, and neurotransmitter theory.
