摘要:

儿童青少年紧张症可发生在许多躯体和精神疾病中，诊断不足会导致治疗延迟。现对儿童青少年紧张症的流行病学、发病机制、临床特征、伴发疾病、鉴别诊断及治疗方面的研究进展进行综述，以提高临床医生对儿童青少年紧张症的认识，从而早期识别，早期治疗，改善预后。

Abstract:

Catatonia in children and adolescents can occur in many physical and mental diseases. Insufficient diagnosis will lead to delayed treatment. This paper reviews the research progress of epidemiology， pathogenesis， clinical characteristics， concomitant diseases， differential diagnosis and treatment of catatonia in children and adolescents， so as to improve the understanding of catatonia in children and adolescents for early identification and treatment and prognosis improvement.
