    摘要:

    细胞焦亡是一种由病原体感染或非感染因素刺激而引起的与炎症反应密切相关的细胞程 序性死亡形式,是机体主要的先天性免疫防御机制之一。细胞焦亡参与机体多种系统疾病的发生及发 展,目前的研究以认知功能障碍相关疾病较为深入,例如阿尔兹海默病、血管性认知障碍、围术期神经 认知障碍等。炎症小体在细胞焦亡信号通路中发挥关键作用。现对细胞焦亡的机制及其在认知功能障 碍中的影响以及作用进行综述,旨在为预防及治疗认知功能障碍疾病提供靶点,为相关课题研究提供 思路。

    Abstract:

    Pyroptosis is a form of programmed cell death, which is closely related to inflammatory responses and is caused by pathogen infection or non-infectious factors. It is one of the main innate immune defense mechanisms of the body. Pyroptosis is involved in the occurrence and development of various systemic diseases in the body. The current research is more in-depth in cognitive dysfunction related diseases, such as Alzheimer disease, vascular cognitive impairment, and perioperative neurocognitive disorders. The inflammasome plays a key role in the pyroptosis signaling pathway. In this paper, the mechanism of pyroptosis and its role and impact on cognitive dysfunction are reviewed, aiming to provide targets for the prevention and treatment of cognitive dysfunction, and provide ideas for related research.
