Parkinson disease （PD） is a common neurodegenerative disease in the elderly. Multidisciplinary management is an effective treatment. Non-pharmacological management is an important part of multidisciplinary management， which runs through the whole course of PD. In this paper， the dimensions， contents， roles and measures of the multidisciplinary non-pharmacological management of PD were discussed， and the prospects and reflections were put forward， hoping to have certain guiding significance for the multidisciplinary non-pharmacological management of PD.
