阿尔茨海默病(AD)是最常见的痴呆类型,其发病率逐年增加,但缺乏特效治疗药物,给患 者家庭和社会带来了沉重的负担。重复经颅磁剌激(rTMS)是一种成熟的非侵入性神经调节技术,其被 广泛应用于多种神经精神疾病的临床辅助治疗。目前,rTMS 在 AD 的治疗中取得了一定的成效,但如何 选择最佳刺激靶点、频率等治疗参数仍有待进一步研究。本文从优化与治疗 AD 相关的 rTMS 刺激参数 的角度,对 rTMS 治疗 AD 的效果及其可能的作用机制进行综述,以期为 rTMS 应用于治疗 AD 提供指导。
Abstract:
Alzheimer disease (AD) is the most common type of dementia, and its incidence is increasing year by year. However, the lack of specific therapeutic drugs brings a heavy burden to patients' families and society. Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) is a mature non-invasive neuroregulatory technique widely used in the clinical adjuvant treatment of various neuropsychiatric diseases. At present, rTMS achieves certain effects in the treatment of AD, but further research is needed on how to select the optimal stimulation target, frequency and other treatment parameters. This paper starts with optimizing stimulation parameters of rTMS, and reviews the effectiveness and possible mechanisms of rTMS, with the aim of providing guidance for rTMS in the treatment of AD.
