原发性失眠(PI)是一种常见的睡眠障碍,其神经病理学机制尚不明确。静息态功能磁共 振成像(rs-fMRI)是研究 PI 神经病理学机制的有力手段之一。本文从局部脑区和脑网络 2 个层面,总结 了目前 PI 患者 rs-fMRI 的相关研究,为进一步探索 PI 的神经病理学机制提供理论基础和研究依据。
Abstract:
Primary insomnia (PI) is a common sleep disorder, and its neuropathological mechanisms are not yet clear. Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) is one of the powerful methods for studying the neuropathological mechanisms of PI. This article summarizes the current research on rs-fMRI in PI patients from two perspectives of local brain regions and brain networks, so as to provide a theoretical and research basis for further exploring the neuropathological mechanisms of PI.
