    摘要:

    脊髓损伤是脊柱损伤后最严重的并发症,会导致损伤平面以下出现感觉功能和运动控制 功能障碍,尤其是完全性脊髓损伤,其会导致损伤平面以下运动、感觉、括约肌功能完全丧失。表面肌 电图作为一种客观、定量的评估工具,已被应用于脊髓损伤患者神经肌肉功能障碍的评定中。本文就 表面肌电图在分析脊髓损伤神经肌肉功能的常用参数及脊髓损伤所致肌肉功能障碍临床评估中的应用 进行综述,旨在为未来对脊髓损伤患者开展更多临床评估与治疗提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Spinal cord injury is the most severe complication of spinal injury, which can lead to sensory and motor control dysfunction below the level of injury, especially complete spinal cord injury, which can result in complete loss of motor, sensory, and sphincter function below the injury plane. Surface electromyography, as an objective and quantitative assessment tool, has been applied in the evaluation of neuromuscular dysfunction in patients with spinal cord injury. This paper reviews the application of surface electromyography in analyzing commonly used parameters of neuromuscular function in spinal cord injury and clinical evaluation of muscle dysfunction caused by spinal cord injury, aiming to provide reference for future clinical evaluation and treatment of spinal cord injury patients
