摘要:

双相障碍患者普遍存在社会功能水平的下降，影响患者回归社会。现对双相障碍社会认知功能损害的主要特点、神经机制及目前干预措施进行综述。

Abstract:

Patients with bipolar disorder generally have a decline in social functioning， affecting patients' return to society. This article reviews the main characteristics， neural mechanisms and current interventions of social cognitive impairment in bipolar disorder.
