Right unilateral electroconvulsive therapy is to place electrodes in the temporal parietal lobe to give patients electrical stimulation， which is a mode of electroconvulsive therapy with significant curative effect and mild adverse reactions. This paper reviews the setting， mechanism， curative effect and adverse reactions of right unilateral electroconvulsive therapy.
